DC Metro Chapter – Maryland Saltwater Sportfishermen's Association

The MSSA has decided to open up a 14th chapter based in Bethesda for its members in the DC metro area. Jeremy Bendler of Silver Spring, MD was integral in laying the groundwork for the new group and has been named President of the chapter. Bendler is a CPA and partner at Klausner Bendler and Associates, PC in Bethesda, MD.

The first chapter meeting was held on July 1st, 2009 at the Bethesda Chevy Chase Regional Services Center located at 4805 Edgemoor Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814. Each meeting will be held on the first Wednesday of each month and will start at 7:30 P.M. The meetings will be packed with fishing enthusiasts waiting to hear from some of the best professional captains, Maryland fisheries management staff, and other friends of Maryland’s anglers.
