The MSSA decided to open up a 14th chapter in 2009 based in Bethesda for its members in the DC metro area. Jeremy Bendler of Silver Spring, MD was integral in laying the groundwork for the new group and was the first President of the chapter. Bendler is a CPA and partner at Klausner Bendler and Associates, PC in Bethesda, MD.
